I was over at May's older site, Sharing Ideas, & it inspired me to share this with you. Many times
we (I), can get down on life. So, I made myself a Happy List. I could browse over it when I was
feeling the blues. Just so you know, I have clinical depression. We could over the whole nature
vs. nurture argument, but we won't. One of the steps in my healing journey, is being honest with
my emotions. Some times, I think i'm a too sensitive woodpecker. I thought i'd share what makes
me happy. Others can post the same. Oh, we could call it 25 things that make you happy (at least).
(1) going to the beaches is beautiful. I love the water & the swimming. The surf is beautiful.
(2) I love bears in the wild. Bears are so cute.
(3) the art of and in being, and becoming. It is a life long journey of the soul and th consciousness.
It brings us closer to God or the Great Mystery.
(4) birds singing in the tree always fills me with good cheer.
(5) rare and beautiful birds are majestic creatures.
(6) boats off in the distance on a sweet sunset evening
(7) breathing in the majestic air.

a sunny breeze on a beautiful day is gorgeous & delightful to the soul.
(9) a cartoon always cheers me up.
(10) chewing some food, and savoring the taste. It makes me feel alive.
(11) children are an eternal source of joy on this planet.
(12) the beautiful colors of chimes twinkling in the sky.
(13) bright colors are cheering to the soul.
(14) a comedy to get my mind off things.
(15) seeing a smiling couple holding hands & being loving to each other.
(16) seeing a crystal ball
(17) doing deep diaphragm breathing.
(18) dine in at a nice new restaurant.
(19) dogs fetching by the beach and in the parks.
(20) eating a nice new meal.
