| Like Myers Briggs, enneagrams are another personality assessment. I am a #9 peacemaker. The nine enneagrams with a short description. (1) Reformer : I do everything the right way (2) Helper : I must help others (3) Motivator : I need to succeed (4) Romantic : I am unique (5) Thinker : I need to understand the world (6) Skeptic : I am affectionate and skeptical (7) Enthusiast : I am happy and open to new things ( Leader : I must be strong (9) Peacemaker : I am at peace Find out which: http://www.9types.com/

| Disappropriated. I know the Myers Briggs universe far better. I am downloading a lot of information. I am still assimilating. I honestly read the viewer profiles. None of them fits completely. Also, we have all the types operating. It's just in different proportions. The cognitive site I also recommended have individuals proficient in this type of topology. Unfortunately, the members seem to have taken a hiatus. You can try & post there, and see if C.Beck or Zephr answer. Until I gain more information, this will be a mutual learning exercise. | |

| I am still working on our joint communication project. I believe some specific case studies could greatly facilitate the undertaking. I have initiated this project with another member. I gave two case studies and am waiting for feedback. In all honesty, in our dialogues, the enormity of the task hit home. I suppose I must work on my own communication. Then along with colleagues work off and on with the project, as time and interest permit. | |

| I updated the eneeagrams. I added a description to each type, so that it could be more fully understood. I am a peacemaker #9. Secondary, I am a thinker #5 : I need to understand the world. Check it out. The website listed above to find out more details. | |

| For what it is worth, I seem to be 5w6 sp/sx, with a 5-1-4 trifix. There is a fair amount of complexity in all this that I have only begun to understand. The wing (6 in 5w6) is the adjacent type that most influences the core type. The trifix contains the core type, plus the strongest type in each of the other two groups, the three groups being head fix, heart fix, and gut fix. I think the idea is that each of us must operate in these spheres at least some of the time, so we identify what our preferred mode is when we do so. The stacking (sp/sx) is another layer of influence or interpretation. Mine suggests that my self-preservation instincts (sp) come first, followed by the preference to interact closely with one or two people individually, as opposed to large groups or crowds. The third possible component to stacking (so) reflects a more social or communal orientation. The enneagram site I sent you the link for on sm has a wealth of information on all of this. | |

| Thank you Romana. You explained it better that I can. Certainly at this point. I must confess, I am more enamored with MBTI ; Myers Briggs Typology Index and personality assessment. Eneeagrams are complicated. I will shortly put down the website of Typology Central. | |
